    GeloTonsil Gargle Gel is ready to use and should be used undiluted for gargling. Use a tablespoon to measure the dose. Gargle undiluted GeloTonsil Gargle Gel for about 30 seconds. Then spit out the gel; do not rinse afterwards. Accidental swallowing of small amounts of GeloTonsil Gargle Gel is harmless. The recommended dose for gargling is 1 tablespoon (10–15 ml) three times daily. Avoid eating or drinking for about one hour after use to allow the protective film to adhere optimally.

    Contraindications and precautions:
    GeloTonsil Gargle Gel should not be used if you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use GeloTonsil Gargle Gel simultaneously with other products for the mouth or throat. Only use GeloTonsil Gargle Gel if you are able to gargle safely. Avoid contact with eyes. GeloTonsil Gargle Gel contains no alcohol and is free from animal-derived ingredients. Not for use in children under 3 years of age.

    Do not use GeloTonsil Gargle Gel after the expiration date. 
    After opening, use GeloTonsil Gargle Gel within 14 days.
