    The herbal gel contains valuable extracts from the arnica flower and arnica root, as well as spilanthes. Arnica reduces inflammation, promotes swelling reduction, and accelerates healing. Spilanthes (toothache plant) alleviates pain from blunt, non-bleeding injuries.

    Arnicae radicis extractum ethanolicum liquidum (1:10) 50 mg, Arnicae floris extractum ethanolicum liquidum (1:10) 100 mg, Spilanthis oleraceae herbae extractum ethanolicum liquidum (1:10) 200 mg, Ethanolum, Propylenglycolum (E1520). Excipiens ad gelatum q.s. pro 1 g.

    Adults: Apply Alpinamed Arnica Gel with Spilanthes 4–5 times daily in a thin layer to the affected area and allow to dry.

Traditionally, Alpinamed Arnica Gel with Spilanthes is used to treat non-bleeding, blunt sports injuries such as bruises, sprains, contusions, strains, minor hematomas, tendon sheath inflammation, and bursitis, as well as muscle, tendon, and ligament pain caused by overexertion.
     
    When should Alpinamed Arnica Gel with Spilanthes not be used, or only with caution?

    Alpinamed Arnica Gel with Spilanthes must not be applied to open (bleeding) wounds or mucous membranes. It must not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients (especially if allergic to arnica preparations), in patients prone to allergies, or in infants, children, and adolescents.
    This medicine contains 456 mg of alcohol (ethanol) per 1 g of gel. On damaged skin, it may cause a burning sensation.
    This medicine contains 100 mg of propylene glycol per 1 g of gel.
